Legal notice

Renter must be 21 or older with a valid government ID. All rentals require a signed rental agreement and security deposit before equipment release. Equipment remains the property of Equipped Rentals and must be operated only by trained individuals in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Renter assumes responsibility for the equipment from delivery through return, including damage, loss, or theft.
